Created by Todd Scott, a training adviser to Men’s Fitness magazine, How To Get Six Pack Abs is the next big ebook on sculpting a rock hard midsection. Scott claims most ab workouts are gimmicks and not worth the money spent on them. He goes on to point out that cardio is not necessary to get the abs of your dreams and that fat-burning supplements are more fad than fact.
How To Get Six Pack Abs illustrates the failure of crunches by posting a telling video of a world record holder for sit-ups. This man could go on and on with sit-ups and spent hours training his abdominals in this manner. But as the video shows, he still did not have tight six-pack abs. Instead, he had fat rolls that many of us struggle with.
As a solution, Scott offers his program and testimonials of its success as an alternative. While the website doesn’t offer much insight into what is actually included in the program, it does offer a few positive client stories and several testimonials.
Price: $44.95
Summary: This seems to be a quality strength training program that focuses on abdominals though the site doesn’t give too much information on the actual program, just that it works. The creator’s credentials are of good quality and make this seem like a positive purchase.
