It seems that the word “customized” might be a bit misleading from this company. The plan that you get with the initial cost is not your own but one you select from a group of pre-created exercise plans and meal plans.
In addition to your exercise and meal plans, however, you also get plenty of extras. A personal blog, recipes and grocery lists, progress tracking software, exercise demonstration videos and fitness classes, a wealth of fitness e-books, articles, and podcasts, and access to trainers, dieticians, and “motivators”.

Considering all of the support you get, this could be a positive program for someone who already has the determination to succeed at a weight loss program. The cost for the basic program is reasonable if you can resist additional add-ons the site will try to entice you with.
